A New Home for Newlyweds Paden and Chloe Bennett
When Paden Bennet and his new bride Chloe Dixon started planning their build, they weren’t starting from scratch. Like many homeowners today, their vision began with inspiration they found online.
“We found a layout we liked on Pinterest for the outside and built from there,” Paden said.
What followed was a collaborative process that turned that inspiration into a fully customized home and workspace designed to fit their everyday life.

Why They Chose Yutzy Construction
For Paden and Chloe, the decision to work with Yutzy Construction came down to reputation and trust.
“We had multiple people tell us they loved working with them,” Paden said. “And their craftsmanship was one of the best we’ve seen.”
From the beginning, communication stood out.
“JR was very available, helped us make changes to layout and selections, and just had great communication overall,” he said.
A Layout Designed for Real Life

Yutzy’s flexibility proved important as their vision evolved throughout the build.
The couple designed their space to serve both as a home and a functional workspace, blending practicality with comfort.
The layout includes:
- Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
- An open-concept living room and kitchen
- Vaulted ceilings to create a larger, more open feel
- A dedicated garage and shop space
“The living side is wide open,” Paden said. “With the vaulted ceiling, it just makes everything feel bigger.”
According to the floor plan, the home flows from a central living, dining, and kitchen area into private bedrooms, while the garage/shop sits separately to the side for easy access and functionality.
Built for Work, Play and Possibility

One of the key priorities for the project was creating a space that could handle more than just day-to-day living.
“It’s just convenient,” Paden said. “It’s bigger than a regular garage and gives us a real workspace.”
The garage will feature 10×10 doors, offering plenty of room for equipment, storage, and future use.
They also planned ahead for expansion. “There’s enough room in the attic for a loft,” he said. “They even built stairs on the garage side to get up there.”
Custom Details Along the Way

As the build progressed, Paden and Chloe continued to refine the design, adding features even late in the process.
“We added that gable kind of last second, and they were able to work that in,” Paden said.
Additional design elements include:
- A centered 3×5 window in the living room gable with a 3×3 picture window above it
- Textured sheet metal finishes for a clean, modern look
This ability to make adjustments without slowing down the project was valuable to the Bennetts.
A Strong (and Speedy) Start

“Yutzy worked with a purpose and had this thing up in about 10 days,” Chloe said.
Beyond the structure itself, Yutzy also helped coordinate other parts of the project. “We asked if they had people for things like guttering and concrete, and they did,” Paden said. “They had really good subcontractors under them.”
As the newlyweds complete the interior of their home – some on their own, and some with the help of contractors – they are confident that the foundation for their future lifestyle is solid.
“Yutzy did an amazing job on our new build,” Chloe said. “We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.”
