32×32 Single Slope Garage and Shop in Springdale

A Project Showcase of a Beautiful Poolside 32×32 Single-Slope Garage

This was a Summer 2024 project that we did in Springdale, Arkansas. This was a Garage and Shop building but it had some unique features with it’s single slope roof and glass door. The nearby pool made for a beautiful poolside setting.

For this project, the foundation was already prepared when we started and we constructed the entire building with our standard stud-framed wood construction. The owner supplied the special doors and windows and we provided the garage doors. This project cost around $32,000.
